Mayo Clinic's partnership with Capita3's Leader Launch Program offers a transformative 21-day leadership accelerator that directly aligns with Mayo Clinic’s Leadership Competencies, specifically designed for high-potential professionals navigating healthcare's rapid changes in funding, career trajectories, and organizational initiatives.
While traditional leadership programs offer standardized training, Leader Launch recognizes a fundamental truth: the most significant barriers to leadership excellence aren't external–they're internal. In the application, you will be asked to select dates that best suit your schedule. Slots will be filled on a rolling acceptance. Dates and times can be found below.
You’ll be asked to answer a series of questions. There are no right or wrong answers to these questions; these questions are designed to raise your awareness for leadership factors that will be addressed in the program. It is important that you are honest with yourself; most people have challenges or issues they are facing in achieving new significant results, which is why this program exists. Having a desire to become aware of your challenges and the desire and ability to engage in this work is key to success in the program.
**Registration fees are non-refundable once cohort slots have been finalized. Exceptions may be made in the case of personal emergency or other extreme circumstances.
