Capita3 Leader Launch Program™ at Mayo Clinic

This transformative 21-day program directly aligns with Mayo Clinic’s new Leadership Competencies, empowering participants to strengthen all five critical areas: Leading Self, Leading Others, Inspiring Others, Forward Thinking, and Engaging Others. Through an intensive 21 days, participants develop the mindset and skills needed to embody these leadership competencies while advancing Mayo Clinic's mission.

Purpose

Propel motivated Mayo Clinic professionals to new heights of effectiveness by training them to navigate high-risk, high-reward goals and circumstances with confidence.

Outcomes

Participants will demonstrate top leadership qualities and achieve critical professional, research, organizational, or business milestones.

Participation Requirements

• Weekly three-hour Zoom meeting
• Minimum of three hours per week outside of class 
• One-on-one coaching session between weeks 2 and 3
• Weekly cohort partner meeting

Eligibility

Open to ambitious Mayo Clinic leaders, staff, students, and trainees who are preparing for significant advancement or leadership roles, and/or charged with achieving challenging goals. Ideal candidates are those seeking to make substantial impacts in administration, program management, business development, innovation, or research. This program is particularly valuable for individuals planning to lead major initiatives, transition to expanded responsibilities, or accelerate their career trajectory.

Application Process

• Secure funding through your department.
• Provide a Mayo Clinic cost center for the $2,000 registration fee (internal funds, including travel, can be used).
• Apply through Capita3’s Application Form
• Sponsorship slots are available and can be found on the application.

Program Dates

• May, June, September, October & November 
• Specific dates and times can be found within the application

Deadline

Applications for spring cohorts (May and June) will be accepted until April 9, 2025. The application will remain open for fall cohorts till July 28, 2025.
